This is a renewal
This is a renewal, never used until recently when battery was low. The remote notified me also I must have pressed the button on necklace in error and they notified me. I don't like the new necklace as well it is smaller and fat with two awkward knobs on string. That's my only complaint but overall its works and gives you peace of mind.

It's unfortunate that it felt like the response time took longer than usual. Sometime the placement of the console or the connection to your landline can affect this. We'll have a member of our customer service team reach out to make sure your console is in the optimal position and all lines to the console is secure.

Emergency response call
I somehow activated the emergency need on my device at 3:00 A.M.
! awoke and by the time I reached the monitor, the report had already
been made, The person on line verified whether there was an actual
emergency or not and asked that I identify myself. It is reassuring to
know there really is someone on call in the case of a true emergency.

TWICE IN AWEEK AND A HALF!
Had to use Life Station twice in a week and a half! First time ever for severe vertigo & vomiting. Didn't know what was wrong & could not move. The next time, I passed out, hit my head on the wall & could not get up. I don't know how long I was out. Both times I had to be taken to emergency room. I can't imagine what would have happened with out Life Station because even though I live in a condo complex, no one can hear you yell because the walls are of CBS block. Thank you!

Customer service is great
Customer service is great. Monthly testing goes smoothly, with very courteous agents. My only concern is that I have had to replace two mobile units in less than a year. One died completely and wouldn’t take a charge. The other did not fit the charging dock well, making it difficult to get it to charge.

We do a quality check of all of our devices before they leave the building, but there are still times where a device can become faulty after several months of use. With regards to the charging dock, the technology is very sensitive and because of this it needs to be carefully placed into the charging dock, which at times can be a difficult task.
