"I took this service for my Dad who is 95 and lives alone. Everyone I spoke to or tested with was helpful and friendly. "After receiving the lifestation, we were informed that charges would NOT begin until it was activated. We were told to keep it until it was needed. This is NOT true. Charges will be applied until returned. Don't believe them if they say different. It was never opened and NO charges were returned. This was very Wrong. They also said upon return, when noticed it was never used. They would review our account and refund would be considered. Another lie! Be careful with the charges. "
