"I got LifeFone for my mom when my dad passed. Their service gave her a great feeling of comfort. She was happy to wear the pendant, and even kept it on when she went to dinner with friends and told them how much she liked it. My mother is a very demanding and particular person, so I was surprised and pleased when she told me how happy she was with the quality of service she received. When she moved into a care facility and no longer needed the system, the return process was very easy, and I received a refund of my unused, pre-paid fee with no hassles.
