Protecting Seniors From CoronaVirus

Protecting Seniors from CoronaVirus

With the recent Pandemic of the CoronaVirus, the senior population have become the highest risk category for getting the Covid-19 Virus and for getting serious illness from the disease. There are number of theories for why Seniors are at a higher risk for getting the novel Coronavirus. As we age, our cells degrade and older age people and the elderly become higher risk for viruses, not just the covid virus. Seniors lose melatonin in older age and key defense systems against viruses.

hey say that larger and older fish in the ocean have more mercury and heavy metals in their system then the smaller fish. Therefore, eating smaller fish such as sardines and anchovies can limit your exposure to Mercury. Having higher heavy metals and toxicity in the body just due to age can expose you more to a virus, but if you combine that with modern day exposure to 5G, WIFI, and EMF or Electro Magnetic Fields, it can degrade the cells of humans, especial the elderly even more making it easier for a virus to replicate into a cytokine storm with inflammation driving the virus into worse progressions of the CoronaVirus.

Have a medical alert system has become very important for Seniors, however, with the Pandemic it’s becoming even more important that older age seniors or anyone over the age of 60 should have an emergency alert button to alert police and medical authorities in case of any emergency. While a medical alert won’t protect our elderly from getting the coronavirus, it will help give them peace of mind that medical professionals are just a button away if they get any severe symptoms requiring medical help such as a respirator, supplemental oxygen, or a ventilator.

Seniors must follow the guidelines of social distancing, including being diligent about cleaning surfaces, washing hands, and not touching their face. Here are some measures seniors can do to avoid the virus and give them peace of mind in case they were to get the virus.
